Bob Cairns leaves the road to Delhi to Bruce Guttridge and Jerry Migli in hopes that it may be a happy and prosperous one.

Fay Nesbitt leaves her "good behavior" in Mrs. Rowe's study-hall to Kevin Bligh.

Beverly Palm leaves the recreation room in the basement to her sister, Emma, in hopes that she may have one of those birthday parties, too.

Joy Street leaves to Charlie Miller her ability to play piano.
